Ik heb de volgende licenties en\u00a0certificaten<\/strong><\/p>

Lifestyle studio Amsterdam Oost is aangesloten bij de Nederlandse Beroepsvereniging voor Hypnotherapeuten (NBVH) onder lidnummer 21025 en ontvangt ieder jaar een licentie welke in de praktijk zichtbaar is opgehangen. Deze licentie wordt jaarlijks door de NBVH verstrekt en garandeert dat de therapeut voldoet aan de benodigde eisen t.a.v. opleidingen, bijscholing en intervisie.\u00a0Lifestyle studio Amsterdam Oost is geregistreerd in het HBO Register Beroepsbeoefenaren Complementaire Zorg (RBCZ). De stichting RBCZ is een overkoepelende organisatie die beroepsbeoefenaren van de complementaire en alternatieve geneeswijzen (zorgverleners en therapeuten op HBO-niveau) certificeert en registreert.<\/p>

Heb je een klacht over de behandeling, bespreek deze dan in eerste instantie met mij.\u2028Komen we er samen niet uit of heb je een zodanige klacht dat je deze niet met mij kunt of wilt bespreken, dan kun je via de NBVH\u00a0contact opnemen met de klachtencommissie.\u2028De klachtencommissie is het \u2018voorportaal\u2019.\u00a0De klachtencommissie behandelt alleen de kleinere problemen en sluist de rest door naar de Klachtenfunctionaris. Deze kiest of voor mediation, of verwijst door naar de geschillencommissie SCAG of in ernstige zaken naar de Stichting Tuchtrecht Complementaire Zorg (TCZ).<\/p>

Mocht je verhinderd zijn, kun je de afspraak tot 48 uur vooraf zelf kosteloos verzetten of afzeggen. Wanneer een afspraak minder dan 48 uur vooraf wordt verzet of afgezegd, worden 50% van de kosten in rekening gebracht. Zonder afbericht wordt het volledige bedrag van de sessie in rekening gebracht.\u00a0<\/p>

Liability<\/strong><\/p>

Ik houd mij niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele nadelige gevolgen die zijn ontstaan doordat \u00a0er onjuiste of onvolledige informatie wordt verstrekt.\u00a0<\/p>

These are the rates<\/strong><\/p>

De prijs van een sessie van 75 minuten is 95 euro. Een mindfulness training van 8 weken, twee uren per bijeenkomst kost 380 euro. Ik behoud mij het recht voor om jaarlijks mijn tarief te verhogen van 2% tot 5%. Dit kondig ik een maand vooraf aan.\u00a0<\/p>

When the payment obligation is not met
<\/strong>
If payments are not made on time, the collection of the outstanding amounts will be transferred to a collection agency, which will charge the statutory interest and collection costs to the client. The payment terms of the collection agency apply.<\/p>

Declaration of the sessions<\/strong><\/p>
