Therapy

Intake session

The first step is the 75-minute intake interview in which we clearly identify your request for assistance. We take the time to get to know each other: you share the challenges you experience and what you want to achieve. You fill out a questionnaire in advance, so that I have a good picture of your situation. Based on this conversation, I draw up a personal treatment plan. During the intake, there is plenty of room for your questions and expectations. Are you curious about hypnotherapy? Then we can conclude the intake with a short hypnosis exercise.

The course

A course usually consists of between 2 and 10 sessions, but depends on your needs.  Sometimes one session is enough, but usually we plan multiple sessions. It will depend on your personal needs and the progress we make together. After each session we evaluate the results and determine the next step together.

The sessions

We start a session with a short evaluation, after which we take another step forward in your process together. Each session lasts 75 minutes. In the beginning, we meet more often, after which the frequency usually shifts to once every two to three weeks. To support your process, you will receive practical exercises that help you integrate the insights you have gained into your daily life. I offer a safe, trusted environment in which you can be yourself, with strict confidentiality and professional care. We regularly discuss together which next steps are necessary for your well-being and growth.

Aftercare and follow-up

I will provide you with the tools so that you can face the future with confidence. After a course, there is always room for a follow-up. Sometimes I give you exercises to do at home or I make audio recordings that help you to apply techniques independently. It is also possible to end the trajectory with a record of the mental 'toolbox' you have learned.
