You will learn effective techniques to gain more control over your attention and to deal with difficult events in your life in a constructive way. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, we often get caught up in a constant stream of thoughts and stimuli. Scientists have studied thousands of years of old Buddhist traditions and transformed them into practical lessons that help us find inner peace, resilience and clarity. The classes

Learn about mindfulness in a safe environment, with a small group. In a group of maximum 8 adults, I create an accepting environment. The 2-hour sessions offer space for exploring, practicing and evaluating the different components. You will receive a reader and audio files from me to get started at home. Mindfulness works preventively, but can also be a good addition to therapy and/or medical treatment.
