The classes
Learn about mindfulness in a safe environment, with a small group. In a group of maximum 8 adults, I create an accepting environment. The 2-hour sessions offer space for exploring, practicing and evaluating the different components. You will receive a reader and audio files from me to get started at home. Mindfulness works preventively, but can also be a good addition to therapy and/or medical treatment.
